NHTV Student Film Festival 2015

Every year our talented 4th year IMEM students create movies for one of their courses – PR7 Production and Practice. Their films are always really creative and of high quality – which makes them really interesting to watch. What’s more – knowing that all of these movies are entirely executed by our fellow students is amazing! This is why we have a special event for these films – the NHTV Student Film Festival! At this festival there are a lot of network representatives, teachers and professionals in the field of movie making, which makes it a perfect opportunity for our students to show just how talented and creative they are.

The event will take place in Pathe Breda, on the 1st of December.

Of course it won’t be a Film Festival without awards, and this year we have nominees in the following categories: Best Fiction Film, Best TV Show, Best Actor/Actress and the Audience Award.

This year our talented students have created a lot of interesting stories. Here is a small overview of what we can watch during the Student Film Festival in 2015:

Artist – a documentary about street artists and their extraordinary lives, in which a host walks around the streets to meet some amazing people and uncover their interesting stories and live philosophies.

Bits & Bots – a very fun and creative game show, in which teams of people get the chance to compete in a life size board game!

Cryptic Illusion – a spooky story about the unusual death of a girl, and two detectives who are trying to solve the mystery.

Family Wheel – a scripted reality TV show in which family member swap lives for three days, in order to reconnect and re-build their relationship by having an insight into the other person’s daily life.

Tripped – a modern day fairytale about two girls – Leslie and Clara, who come to the Netherlands for some fun, but end up being involved into a much more special journey.

Who’s the next Royalty? – would you like to be a princess/prince for a day? This show gives the contestants an opportunity to see what it’s like to be Royalty, while they are competing against each other in order to win a prize.

*Unfortunately the event is by invitation only, but make sure the check the next edition of BREWED for a detailed report on the topic !

  1. Segnalato in modo assolutamente non cortese alla redazione, che se va bene editerà l'articolo facendo finta di niente.Intanto io mi impegno a sputtanarli con chiunque mi riesca.

  2. After following a trail of breadcrumbs ive travelled from Persephone’s blog to yours. I loved your podcast, quite good to listen to in the bathtub. I started at the beggining and have read all your blog, it is quite the distraction on a dismal day at work. Just wanted to let you know that I hope all works out well for you. And you have changed many of my thoughts about submissive males.
